If you need to cancel an order, you can do so before the product has been shipped. However, if the product has already been shipped out, we won't be able to cancel the order.

We accept returns of products if you apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please make sure not to send it back to the warehouse of the logistics company or manufacturer as we won't take responsibility for that.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee.
